Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Handling:

Once an order is placed, shipping and handling takes 1 to 3 days before the order is processed and shipped out.

Delivery takes 2 to 8 business days depending on the shipping address and either shipped by UPS or USPS.

Shipping cost is shown at the check out for each item placed to the cart.

We are currently shipping only to the shipping address in United States and any orders that has shipping address outside United States will be cancelled and refunded.

We also do not ship to US Protectorates

Return and Exchange Policy:

When you purchase the item, you are agreeing to following terms. Do Not Purchase the item if you are not agreeing to these terms. No Exceptions.

Return: You may return any purchase within 30 days of receipt. The item must be shipped within that 30 day period and must be in its new, unworn condition and, if applicable, all tags attached. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of its condition, we will issue full refund except the outgoing shipping fee unless the buyer received the item(s) that had defect or the order was processed wrongly by us.

To initiate the return, we ask the buyer to make a request to us from the order. We will issue a return shipping label if the item had defect or the order was processed wrongly by us.

Exchange: There is currently no exchange accepted. In case a different size is needed, a new order needs to be placed while requesting for return from the original order. For the case where the item had defect or the order was processed wrongly by us, we will take responsibility and either issue refund or send a replacement at our discretion.
